Background: Birchgrove is a leading UK provider of rental retirement communities, with nine developments either operational or under construction across the South-East.
Work: As rent-in-retirement gains momentum in the UK, we were appointed to position Birchgrove as a pioneer of the model and raise the profile of its developments, growth ambitions and founder, Honor Barratt. A key focus has been establishing Honor as a leading industry voice on build-to-rent, retirement living and the changing needs of older consumers.
Results: In our first 18 months working with Birchgrove, we secured 200+ pieces of coverage across 70+ real estate, architecture, construction, finance and senior living publications and podcasts, including EG, Property Week, React News, Real Estate Capital Europe, PrimeResi and Bisnow.
Impact: Our work has significantly increased Birchgrove’s visibility among developers, investors and prospective residents, while helping establish both the company and its founder as leading voices in the rapidly growing UK rent-in-retirement sector.
