Background: Montague Real Estate is a Mayfair-based real estate advisory firm specialising in high-end residential property, with a portfolio spanning some of the world’s most prestigious markets.
Work: We were appointed to raise the international profile of Montague, its property portfolio and founder, Thomas Balashev. Our work included generating media attention around flagship deals and acquisitions, while building Thomas’s profile from the ground up as a credible and distinctive voice in the global luxury property market.
Results: In our first nine months working with Montague, we secured 100+ pieces of media coverage across 16 countries, including CNBC, Forbes, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, CNN, Tatler, Elle, El Economista, South China Morning Post, Arabian Business, The National, The Times of South Africa, The Irish Times, Property Week and EG.
Impact: Our work gave Montague significant international visibility and differentiation in a highly competitive luxury property market, while establishing Thomas as one of a new generation of recognised voices in the sector.
